JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. appointed Suzanne Stefany to its Board of Directors. Ms. Stefany will also serve as a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Board.
Ms. Stefany is a partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in Boston, and has more than 20 years of experience investing across industries and capital structures.
