Kangaroo Island Plantation Timbers’ CEO Jessica Domaschenz resigns

Nov 25, 2014. /Lesprom Network/. Kangaroo Island Plantation Timbers’ CEO Jessica Domaschenz intends to resign, effective 24 February 2015, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

At the invitation of the other Board members, John Sergeant, hitherto one of the Company’s non-executive directors, has agreed to act as Managing Director, meaning that it will not be necessary to replace Ms Domaschenz.

All other positions in the Company are unchanged. Victoria Allinson remains as CFO and Company Secretary, while Steven Connell continues as Site Manager, managing the small team based on Kangaroo Island.

Kangaroo Island Plantations Timbers is Australia’s only listed timber company. It manages a wholly-owned portfolio of hardwood and softwood forestry plantations and of cleared and uncleared agricultural land on Kangaroo Island, South Australia.
