Luxor Industrial Corporation’s subsidiary USA Mill Frame LLC was awarded 2 additional turnkey framing contracts from Seattle based Venture General Contracting LLC, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The approximate $5.7 million worth of contracts with installation commencing in second half of 2016 follows 2 initial contracts of approximately $2.4 million awarded earlier this year by Venture. The Plateau 120 Apartments is located in Sammamish WA while the Alexan Marymoor project is located in Redmond WA.
US turnkey framing contracts for 6 projects now total approximately $17 million. Luxor has commenced installation and prefabrication of products for the 4 contracts exceeding $11 million secured earlier thus year, with all jobs being on budget.
