The Supervisory Board of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG has unanimously reappointed Dr. Wilhelm Hörmanseder Chairman of the Management Board. The new term will start on January 1, 2020 and end on June 30, 2021, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Mr. Hörmanseder joined the Mayr-Melnhof Group in 1990 and has been Chairman of the Management Board and CEO since May 2002.
