Metsä Wood, the company responsible for Metsä Group’s wood products business, is renewing its management structure and moving to a process-based organisational model. At the same time, the existing structure based on business lines will be dismantled, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Henrik Söderström has been appointed SVP in charge of the Customer Relationship process in the Metsä Wood Executive Management Team andJari Tikkanen SVP in charge of the Production and Technology process.
The appointments are effective immediately. The other members of the management team continue with their existing areas of responsibility.
