At the PaperlinX Limited Annual General Meeting held on 23 October 2015, the resolution to change the Company’s legal name from PaperlinX Limited to Spicers Limited was passed. As a result of the name change, the ASX ticker code will change from PPX to SRS and be effective from November 17, 2015.

Nov 17, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. At the PaperlinX Limited Annual General Meeting held on 23 October 2015, the resolution to change the Company’s legal name from PaperlinX Limited to Spicers Limited was passed. The new name aligns the identity of the parent company with the operating companies.

As a result of the name change, the ASX ticker code will change from PPX to SRS and be effective from November 17, 2015.

The legal name for the PaperlinX SPS Trust and its ASX ticker code (PXUPA) will remain unchanged.

Spicers is a merchant group with market leading positions in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
