Katharins Lehman and Ernst A. Brugger were re-elected to the Board of
Directors of Precious
Woods. Dominik Mohr leaves the Board of Directors and will be in an advisory role for
Precious Woods. New
elected to the Board of Directors were Jurgen Blaser and Robert Hunink.
The Board of Directors now consists of Ernst A. Brugger (Chairman of the
Board of Directors), Katharins Lehman (Vice-President), Jurgen Blaser and
Robert Hunink.
