Profura, a private own Group with long experience from the sawmill business, acquired AriVislanda and Renholmen. Profura owns already Almab Storvik AB, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
"We are a strong owner with experience and knowledge within the industry and we see opportunities to develop the businesses in a positive way. They are three good companies with strong brands," says Mikael Thörnkvist, the CEO of Provator AB which is the company within the Profura Group that is managing the investment.
Profura acquired AriVislanda to create a strong Group of companies within sawmill equipment. The goal is to grow and become one of the leading actors in the business.

AriVislanda AB produces and wholesales sawmill cutting machine tools including saws, separators, and chippers.
