Rorvik Timber AB announces new production curtailments in Sweden

Feb 18, 2009. /Lesprom Network/. Swedish wood products group Rorvik Timber AB announced that it has decided to carry out new production curtailments. The company, which has already reduced its production due to higher raw materials costs and lower sales prices, will halt its mills in Boxholm, Rorvik and Tvarskog for one month. With the new production curtailments, Rorvik Timber has reduced its annual output by 45%. Rorvik Timber, headquartered in Huskvarna, Sweden, manufactures mainly wood products for the construction industry.
