SCA appoints new head of investor relations

Aug 29, 2007. /Lesprom Network/. Johan Karlsson will take up the position of vice president, investor relations, at SCA’s head office in Stockholm on September 1. He will report to Bodil Eriksson, SVP, corporate communications. “It will be very exciting to work in a company that has such a strong focus on consumer products as SCA,” says Johan Karlsson. Johan Karlsson’s most recent position was at Husqvarna where he was responsible for Investor Relations. Prior to that he worked, among other things, with investor contacts within ABB in Switzerland and the US. Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA is a global consumer goods and paper company that develops, produces and markets personal care products, tissue, packaging solutions, publication papers and solid-wood products. Sales are conducted in some 90 countries. SCA has annual sales in excess of SEK 101 billion (Euro 11 billion) and production facilities in more than 40 countries. SCA had approximately 51 000 employees at the beginning of 2007. SCA shares are traded on the Stockholm, London and New York stock exchanges.
