At the judge’s request, the hearing that was initially due to take place at the end of 2016, to decide on the amount of any relief owed by Sequana to BAT Industries plc, on costs and on leave to appeal against the decision made by the High Court of Justice on 11 July 2016 (the Consequentials Hearing), has been postponed to mid-January.
No indication has been given as to when the High Court will hand down its decision after the hearing is held.
Sequana is a major player in the paper industry, boasting leading positions in each of its two businesses: the distribution of paper and packaging products, and technical papers.
