TimberWest Forest appointed Bev Park as Interim President and CEO

The Board of Directors of TimberWest Forest Corp. appointed Bev Park to the role of Interim President and CEO effective September 8, 2011 following the resignation of Paul McElligott from the President and CEO role, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. Bev Park is currently the President and COO of Couverdon Real Estate, the real estate division of TimberWest and prior to that was the Executive Vice President and CFO of TimberWest, a role she held for 10 years. TimberWest is uniquely positioned as Western Canada’s largest private timber and land management company. TimberWest is privately owned by two leading Canadian pension funds, British Columbia Investment Management Corporation and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board.
