Timbmet announces management changes

Nov 30, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Timbmet has made three strategic appointments to strengthen its Senior Management Team. Sean O’Sullivan, previously Commercial Director, has been appointed Trading Director – Timber, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

In his new role, Sean will apply his extensive knowledge to maximise sales and profits for timber, TEC® (Timbmet Engineered Components), flooring and manufactured products.

Working alongside Sean, Paul Thatcher has been appointed Trading Director – Panels. Paul has years’ of experience within the Panels sector, and in recent years has focused on growing Timbmet’s selection of panel, laminate, worktops and door products. This change in role recognises the increasing importance of Panels within the Timbmet portfolio.

Keith Woolf has been appointed Operations Director, whilst maintaining his responsibility for Timbmet’s 200,000sq ft. distribution centre at Shellingford, the UK. Keith’s logistical expertise will be used to further improve customer service and ensure efficient delivery times to meet changing customer demands and buying patterns.
