Oct 26, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. The Board of Directors of Vinda International Holdings Limited appoints Mr. Chia Yen On as an independent non-executive director, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Mr. Hui Chin Tong, Godfrey resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company due to his other personal commitments.

Immediately upon his resignation becomes effective, Mr. Hui will serve as a consultant to the Board.

Johann Christoph Michalski, CEO and executive director of the Company, be appointed as member of the risk management committee.
