Pfleiderer Group S.A. announced that Tom K. Schäbinger, CEO of Pfleiderer, will be leaving the company on May 31st, 2019 for personal reasons. Mr. Schäbinger, who joined Pfleiderer as CEO in 2017, will remain available to serve as an advisor to its Supervisory Board.
Zbigniew Prokopowicz, Member and Chairman of Pfleiderer’s Supervisory Board, will serve as interim CEO. The search for a new CEO is already underway.
