After the renovation of the Oberrot site, Klenk Holz AG now invests Euro 5 million in the Baruth site, Germany. To increase the efficiency of production, the log yard of the mill in Brandenburg will be modernized. For the first time ever, Holtec supplies log handling equipment to Klenk Holz AG, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Therefore the existing log yard in Baruth will be replaced completely. Holtec supplies the mechanization, while the debarker is supplied by Nicholson. Start-up is scheduled for the end of February, 2016.
