Huhtamaki has completed the acquisition of Ajanta Packaging's business in India. The debt free purchase price was approximately Euro 13 million, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Ajanta Packaging is a manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels in India. The annual net sales of the acquired business are approximately Euro 10 million and it employs altogether 170 people.
Huhtamaki is a global specialist in packaging for food and drink.
