Net income was $23.1 million during the 2Q 2020, compared to net income of $22.4 million in the same quarter last year, an increase of $0.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA decreased $1.9 million, or 1.5%, to $125.7 million, compared to the same quarter last year. Adjusted EBITDA margin of 12.7% increased by 130 basis points compared to the prior year.
