The Board of Directors of Metsä Group’s parent company Metsäliitto Cooperative has in its constituent meeting decided that Jussi Linnaranta continues as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mikko Mäkimattila was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The compositions of Board of Directors’ committees are the following:
- Audit Committee: Ilkka Salonen, Jussi Linnaranta, Mikko Mäkimattila and Jussi Vanhanen
- HR Committee: Taavi Heikkilä, Jussi Linnaranta, Eija Pitkänen and Nina Pärssinen
Metsä Group produces renewable products from northern forests that replace the use of fossil raw materials. Its parent company is Metsäliitto Cooperative which is owned by 100,000 forest owners.
