Nov 15, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Russian Promstroibank and Ilim Pulp enterprise signed an agreement on cooperation. In accordance with the deal PSB will own a stake of Ilim Pulp shares, Ilim Pulp spokesperson told Lesprom.ru.
Meanwhile PSB affiliates and Continental Management signed an agreement on the mutual acquisition of assets in Arkhangelsky and Irkutsky regions. The parties agreed to withhold the confidential information in the course of the deal.
