SCA to receive SEK 16 million (1.6 million) grant from Swedish Environmental Protection Agency

SCA will receive a grant of SEK 16 million (1.6 million) from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency in the form of a climate investment subsidy through the Klimatklivet initiative, to reduce its emissions of greenhouse gases. The entire investment is expected to cost SEK 38 million (3.9 million).

The core of SCA’s business is the forest, Europe’s largest private forest holding. The company offers paper for packaging and print, pulp, wood products, renewable energy, services for forest owners and efficient transport solutions.
