The Steico Group reported its preliminary figures for 2019 and has recorded new record-breaking revenues of around Euro 281 million, compared to Euro 252 million in 2018.
Earnings increased at an above-average rate in total. EBIT increased to Euro 32.7 million (previous year: Euro 24.6 million), up 33.1%. In terms of both revenues and earnings this was the most successful year in the company’s history.
Management is very positive about 2020. The Board of Directors therefore believes that in 2020 revenues will lift by more than 10% with an EBIT ratio of around 10% (in terms of total operating revenue).
Steico is the European market leader in the wood-fibre insulation materials segment.
