Jun 09, 2010. /Lesprom Network/. Ari-Pekka Latti has been appointed Group Treasurer of Metsäliitto Group and Managing Director of Metsä Group Financial Services Oy as of 1 August 2010. He will report to Metsäliitto Group CFO, the company said in a statement received by Lesprom Network. Ari-Pekka Latti will take up the position from State Treasury, where he has held the position of Deputy Director for Finance division since 2002. He has been responsible for funding and liquidity management as well as investor relations among other things. Metsäliitto is an international forest industry group present in some 30 countries. The Group’s five business areas are Wood Supply, Wood Products, Pulp, Board and Paper, and Tissue and Cooking Papers.
