Bergs Timber AB has appointed Nigel McKillop as CEO of Continental Wood Ltd, the holding company for its group of UK companies, and of its subsidiary Bergs Timber UK Ltd. He will take up his position with the Bergs group from 1st August, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Nigel McKillop comes most recently from a position as Sales Director UK & Ireland at Metsä Wood. He has previously held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Crown Timber plc.
Bergs Timber produces and sells sawn and further processed wood products. It operates its production facilities in Sweden, Estonia and Latvia. The Group also includes its own port and logistics operations in England.
