The line is designed for the high-speed production of thin boards and includes a 9’ x 33.8 m ContiRoll Generation 8 press. The scope of supply also included a flash tube dryer, a fiber sifter, the resin dosing system with Ecoresinator, a mat compactor and a mat preheating system. Furthermore, Siempelkamp provided the finishing line with a multi-diagonal saw, a cooling and stacking line as well as an automated high-stack storage system. The production management will be administered with Siempelkamp’s process control technology Prod-IQ as a full package.
