Ence extends its green financing for new biomass plant in Puertollano, Spain

Ence extends the green financing of its Renewable Energy subsidiary to Euro 69 million for the new 46 MW low emission biomass generation plant that the Company is building in Puertollano, Spain and whose conclusion is scheduled for the end of 2019.

This financing has a maturity of 7 years and includes an institutional "bullet" tranche amounting to Euro 43 million. In addition, it foresees the development of another 6.5 MW in one or several plants.

This is an extension of the financing subscribed in November 2017 for an amount of Euro 220 million, which included a 60 million tranche to finance another 46 MW low emission generation biomass plant that the Company is building in Huelva, and whose start is also scheduled for the end of 2019.
