LL.M. Jyrki Peisa has been appointed director and member of the management team at Finnish Forest Industries Federation (FFIF) as of 1 November 2017. He will be in charge of lobbying associated with energy and climate policy, mill environment issues and product logistics, as FFIF said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Peisa currently works as Special adviser for Kimmo Tiilikainen, Minister for Housing, Energy and the Environment. Before this, he served as Managing Director at The Bioenergy Association of Finland.
Finnish Forest Industries Federation is a lobbying organisation for companies engaged in the forest industry and associated activities in Finland.
