The Management Board of Fabryki Mebli “Forte” S.A. signed a supply contract with Pfeiderer Polska Sp. z o.o. for delivery of woodbased panels, which is strategic for furniture manufacturing. The contract was signed for two years, until 31 December 2019, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The subject matter of the contract covers the delivery to the Issuer’s manufacturing plants of raw particle board, laminated particle board, raw HDF board and lacquered HDF board in the quantities agreed on by the parties.
Owing to the fact that the price of delivered materials will be fixed using the pricing formula provided for in the contract, based on prices of basic inputs used for manufacturing of wood-based panels, the contracting Parties expect that the estimated value of the contract will total approx. PLN 132 million ($38.8 million).
