With the assistance of Tula regional police the company intends to seize the corporate documents and replace the legal administration as part of a forged suit. Fox group of companies declined to comment on the information. As Lesprom.ru reported earlier, Vektor group of companies acquired the expired Tulabumprom debentures of $3 million from the Sberbank Tula regional division. On October, 14 2004 Vektor started the management of Tulabumprom in line with the decision taken by the board of directors elected on September, 17 2004 by an urgent general meeting. Vektor president Vladimir Khazanov became chairman of the board, Alexander Styrov - was appointed CEO, corporate spokesperson told Lesprom.ru.
