During an urgent shareholders meeting of Russian Kamenngorsky offset paper mill (Leningrad region, owned by North-West timber-processing company) appointed Gennady Pershin Chief Executive Officer of the timber-processing holding, company’s public affairs said. Gennady Parshin’s term of office was set to expire within 3 years. Former director general Alexander Vasiliev resigned. Gennady Stepanovich Pershin was born on November, 4 1947. Graduated from Kiev civil air fleet institute with a mechanical engineer’s degree. 1964-1975 worked on Aktiubinsk aircraft repairing plant. 1975-1990 worked as deputy chief of aircraft technical base of Aktiubinsk higher aeronautics college. 1990 till present time has been working on Kamennogorsky offset paper mill. Started his work with the enterprise as a paper department mechanical engineer. Graduated from Open business school. Married, has a son and a daughter, 4 grandchildren. Gennady Parshin considers final building of the company’s infrastructure a chief goal, which stands for building a coalene production department, a loading/unloading department and storage buildings for chemicals and empty vessels, as well as extending the production storage. Kamenngorsky offset paper mill has 2 paper producing machines. The company produces offset paper brands Kamennogorka (with a wide mass range 55 - 225 gr/sq. m), Kamennogorka + (with high thickness 1,5 - 1,6 cub. Cm/gr), Palitra (with recycled paper ingredients), fine-art paper (225 gr/ sq m) and whatman paper (160-200 gr/ sq m) Paper recycling machinery Papcel, fully automated copy-book-on-clip E.C.H. Will (280 SL) equipment, fully automated copy-book- and album-on-spiral equipment Kugler (VS 728/542 S) and copy-book-on-clip equipment Bielomatik P-15-90 were introduced on the plant. North-West timber-processing company invested more than 20 mil into the development of production within 2001-2003. Production output of Kamennogorsky offset paper mill is that of 2,5 thousand tons per month.
