Greenply decided in favor of a Siempelkamp ContiRoll press that will be used for the production of MDF and HDF with a board thickness variance ranging from 1.5 mm to 35 mm. Thus, Greenply focuses on the processing of eucalyptus resources for board production at the Vadodara location in the state of Gujarat in western India.

Eucalyptus, one of the most common plantation tree species in India will be processed for production of MDF/HDF board. Its wood is suitable, among other things, for flooring construction, furniture, and decorative interior finishing.
