2005. On May, 18 2005 Ilim Pulp Enterprise (Saint-Petersburg, Russia) sold 54.7045% of shares of Kommunar paper mill (Leningrad region, Russia). According to Ilim Pulp head of public-affairs Elena Kononova, the deal was set up in accordance with the enterprise reorgnization program.
