Jartek Oy appointed Mika Parviainen as CEO

Sep 08, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. Mika Parviainen has been appointed CEO for Jartek Oy since September 1. Heikki Sonninen, who worked as the CEO of Jartek this far, will continue working at Jartek in business development before retiring, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. Mika Parviainen has been working earlier in a leading position in sales and marketing as well as projects at Lite-On Mobile Oyj (former Perlos Oyj). Before that, Mika worked at Nokian Renkaat Oyj (Nokia Tyres) at managerial level in sales, marketing and production. Jartek Oy's business operations are devided into two core area, which are timber grading and packing lines of sawmills as well as further processing production plants (former Jartek Mekano Oy), timber drying kilns and thermal modification plants (former Jartek Termo Oy).
