The international technology group Körber acquires Roll-Tec Cilindro Ltda. based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Roll-Tec develops, produces and sells engraving cylinders for embossing machines for tissue paper and other tissue products.
The aim of the acquisition is the further international expansion of the Körber Group's Business Area Tissue. The Business Area offers complete solutions for converting and packaging machines for toilet paper, folded tissue and paper towels.
Roll-Tec is the Latin American technology leader in the embossing sector and develops engraving cylinders and produces and sells embossing rolls for tissue production.
Within the Körber Business Area Tissue, Roll-Tec will work closely with Engraving Solutions in Italy and Fabio Perini's Joinville site in Brazil.
