Komatsu to acquire manufacturer of forest machine attachments

Komatsu Ltd. has recently decided that Komatsu Forest AB, Komatsu’s wholly owned subsidiary, is going to acquire Log Max AB and Log Max Inc., Log Max AB’s US sales company from Log Max International Holding AB. On a premise of approval by the concerned authority, Komatsu is working to complete the acquisition by the end of November 2012.

Komatsu Ltd. has recently decided that Komatsu Forest AB, Komatsu’s wholly owned subsidiary, is going to acquire Log Max AB and Log Max Inc., Log Max AB’s US sales company from Log Max International Holding AB.
