Metsä Tissue signs Euro 200 million syndicated credit facility
Metsä Tissue Corporation, part of Metsä Group, has signed a new Euro 200 million syndicated loan agreement. The loan is a five-year credit facility to refinance the current facility maturing in September 2013.

million syndicated loan agreement, as the company said in a press release
received by Lesprom Network.
The loan is a five-year credit facility to refinance the current
facility maturing in September 2013. SEB acted as coordinating bookrunner and
mandated lead arranger of the facility. Other bookrunners and mandated lead
arrangers were Crédit Agricole, Danske Bank, DNB, Nordea, Pohjola and Swedbank.
