Metsä Wood and Quant have agreed on a maintenance partnership concerning Äänekoski and Pärnu veneer and plywood mills as well as Lohja Kerto LVL mill. The maintenance of Äänekoski and Pärnu mills will transfer to Quant on 1 January 2018 and Lohja Kerto LVL mill on 1 April 2018, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
According to the agreement, Lohja Kerto LVL mill’s personnel working in maintenance, 3 persons, will transfer to Quant as existing employees on 1 April.
