Palm Group has entered the Czech market through a joint venture, acquiring a 50 percent stake in corrugated cardboard packaging producer Power Packaging. The deal, completed in November 2025, integrates the Nýrsko-based company, which specialises in complex, customised packaging solutions and generates annual revenues of approximately Euro 4 million. The partnership was initiated by Palm Group.
The joint venture aims to combine Power Packaging's specialised manufacturing expertise with Palm's established sales and production network. Power Packaging will continue to operate under its current management team and existing structure. The move strategically expands Palm's packaging division in a segment characterised by a high proportion of manual work for complex packaging designs.
