The negotiations between Pfleiderer Holzwerkstoffe GmbH (“PHW”) and Nolte SE, regarding purchase by PHW of Germersheim-based chipboard manufacturing business ended without signing by PHW the purchase agreement, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. specializes in production of wood-based materials used in furniture, interior and construction industries.
