Raute Corporation’s Executive Vice President, CFO and member of the Executive Board, Tarja Järvinen has decided to leave the company. The company will immediately initiate the search process for a new CFO.
Minna Yrjönmäki has been appointed Raute Corporation’s interim Executive Vice President, CFO and member of the Executive Board. Ms. Minna Yrjönmäki has versatile experience in financial administration and management of a public listed company among others in Uponor, Outokumpu, Ahlstrom and Huhtamaki. She will report in her position to interim President and CEO Petri Strengell.
