Sep 09, 2014. /Lesprom Network/. Rengo’s consolidated subsidiary, Yamato Shiki Co., Ltd., opened its new Setouchi plant in Japan. The new Yamato Shiki Setouchi plant was opened as an integration of the company’s Okayama Plant and Himeji plant. This cutting-edge plant is designed to be environmentally friendly, utilizing photovoltaic power generation, and deploying LED lighting and other features, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The Rengo Group aims to create high-quality products with more high-added value and that use fewer resources, while also further cutting energy consumption and CO2 emissions, based on its concept of “Less is more.”

As a member of the Rengo Group, Yamato Shiki will work to respond to user needs at an even faster speed and further improve quality, as well as assist the Rengo Group to enhance its corrugated packaging business base for the Chugoku region.
