Today the regional Duma will approve the list of enterprises to sell state-owned stakes. There are currently 20 enterprises with state-owned stakes, including Onezhsky tractor plant (26%). Pytkiaranta pulp mill (10%).
Karelia republican budget for 2004 was adopted with a deficit of 8,6% above the expense or RUR 5 billion 697,4 million.
