Jun 30, 2010. /Lesprom Network/. SCA announced that it has finalised the sale of its Asian packaging business to International Paper. In an all cash deal, International Paper paid $200 million for the Asian unit, which is primarily in China and consists of 13 corrugated box plants and two specialty packaging facilities.
