Stora Enso's Board has in its meeting decided that the Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki on Wednesday 26 March 2008 at the Marina Congress Center, Helsinki, Finland. The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of Euro 0.45 per share be paid for the financial year ending 31 December 2007. If the proposal is approved, the dividend payment will be issued on 10 April 2008 to shareholders entered on the dividend record date of 31 March 2008 in the register of shareholders maintained by the Finnish Central Securities Depository, Swedish VPC and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas. CEO Jouko Karvinen shall give a presentation on the restructurings including closures of Summa magazine mill, Anjala paper machine and Kemijarvi pulp mill, plan for Norrsundet pulp mill and other personnel reorganisations.
