Iker Zubia Vázquez has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Teknos Group. Iker is a member of Corporate Management Group and he reports to Paula Salastie, CEO of Teknos Group.
Iker performs a key role in speeding up organic growth and profitability of Teknos Group by leading the development and harmonization of the HR function, its policies & processes. A focus area will be around building managerial & leadership competence; ensuring a talent & organizational structure that brings the company performance to the next level.
