Mar 09, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Ukrainian credit bank acquired 18,5% of Izmailsky pulp and cardboard mill (Odessa region, Ukraine) at the initial price of UAH 536,424 thousand ($100 thousand). During the recent two years the enterprise was managed by Osnova. The owner solved a number of crucial issues for the enterprise: gasification was carried out on Izmailsky, cardboard workshop was modernized and reorganized, the cardboard machine was repaired and modernized, corrugated production line was also modernized. In accordance with Osnova strategic development plan investments in Izmailsky will reach $3,1 million in 2003-2007.
