Nippon said that Director Yoshio Haga, will succeed Masatomo Nakamura. Nakamura will become chairman without the right to represent the company. The moves will be finalized at a board meeting to be held after a general meeting of shareholders in late June. Haga will also take over the post of president at the company's main business unit, Nippon Paper Industries Co,. from Nakamura. Nippon Paper Group is Japanese manufacturer of paper, pulp and paper related products. The Group is also involved in the distribution and manufacture of lumber and construction materials and other business.
