May 12, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Ahlstrom has sold 2 million shares in Munksjö Oyj for approximately Euro 20.4 million. Ahlstrom will book a capital gain of approximately Euro 10 million from the transaction in its 2Q 2015 financial accounts, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network. 

According to Ahlstrom's knowledge 400,000 shares valued at approximately Euro 4.08 million were sold to AC Invest Five B.V. and 125,000 shares valued at approximately Euro 1.28 million to Viknum AB. Both entities are Ahlstrom Corporation's related parties.

Following the sale of shares, Ahlstrom's shareholding in Munksjö is 1,300,981 shares, representing 2.55% of the total shares and votes.
