Canadian lumber production decreased by 6.4% in February
Lumber production by Canadian sawmills decreased by 6.4% from January to 4 702.9 thousand cubic metres in February. Compared with February 2013, lumber production decreased by 4.1%.

production decreased by 4.1%, as Statistics Canada said in the press release
received by Lesprom Network.
Sawmills shipped 4 038.1 thousand cubic metres of lumber in February,
down 9.5% from January.
