Furthermore, Alexander Dondukov was dismissed from the post of minister of industry, science and technologies due to a transfer to another job, the presidential decree reads. Alexander Blokhin stepped down from the post of minister of federation affairs, nationalities and migration policy, because the agency was disbanded.
Another presidential decree endorsed a government proposal for establishing the post of minister of the Russian Federation. The minister will coordinate the implementation of nationalities policy by federal executive bodies.
